Communications error...

Just a quick note to let you know about some minor problems we’re having on the site at the moment.

Firstly, the market information screen isn’t updating properly - it seems to be stuck in some kind of Thursday evening time warp, so don’t take too much notice of the information displayed right now.

Secondly, some people are reporting that they aren’t able to use the Contact Us web page to send an email - the page shows an error when attempting to send a message. This is one of those infuriating errors that is proving hard to trace - in the mean time, you can always send a message to contactus@zopa.com and we’ll look after you.

Lastly, we’re having some problems with site navigation. If you’re signed in, and click on ‘Back to the Zopa homepage’, the Zopa logo or ‘Help’ there is no way of getting back to the signed in area without signing out, and signing back in again. A temporary work around is to use the ‘back’ button on your browser, but this isn’t satisfactory and we’re working on a better solution.
