Today we all sit our final exam. This is a case study based on Zopa!! We've all been given background information on the company and the exam question will ask us to apply our knowledge gained from the course to a particular aspect of the on-line marketing of Zopa. Clearly the more expert brains we get on this one the better. So my question is: "What will be the question in this afternoons exam paper?" Answers on a postcard (or blog) please....
