We talk to our members as much as possible, through our blog and discussion board and by getting people to email contactus@zopa.com if anything's on their mind.

The black hole of Zopa

Comments seem to have been recently vanishing into a bottomless pit from whence they don't return - apologies. I think it was due to an experiement with blacklisting certain words to avoid spam.. it seems that it was blacklisting rather more than I thought it was... Normality has now returned, please post away and I'm very sorry about any pearls that may have been deleted :-(
