It’s BOROWSKI versus LINDEROTH!
We could barely contain our excitement when the ref called time in last night’s England-Sweden game. But it wasn’t England winning the group that had got us pumped up - it was the mouth-watering prospect of Zopa favourites BOROWSKI and LINDEROTH meeting in the second round, when the Germans take on the Swedes.
It’s the clash all Zopa fans wanted to see - and what a match it promises to be. The tough tackling BOROWSKI up against the slightly more creative but still a little bit thug-like LINDEROTH. Just thinking about it takes our breath away
The big game is on Saturday, and you can read all the build-up to the game on this here blog, including expert analysis from someone whose old school friend shared uni halls with Alan Hansen’s son, and someone who was once a mascot for Arsenal in the days when David O’Leary was their skipper. It’ll be punditry of the very highest order.

As promised, here are my predictions for the big game:
I reckon there could be a bit of an upset on the cards. I can see Larsson causing a lot of problems for the geriatric German centre-halves.
In terms of the big clash of the day, BOROWSKI versus LINDEROTH, my money’s on LINDEROTH to have the better game. Doesn’t look like BOROWSKI’s going to start, and LINDEROTH will be gee’d up by the assist he got against England. But let’s hope they both have good games and do all the Zopa members proud.
My prediction: 48-3 to Sweden, with Linderoth scoring 10 goals.
