The little things that make it worthwhile

We had a phonecall this morning from one of our newest borrowers... One of our underwriters spoke to him last week to approve his loan and he rang her back just to say thanks for such a good service and that his money was in his bank account sooner than he had expected. Cor. When she told us all about it, a big grin spread across everyone's faces. It was impossible to resist. So we're dead chuffed to know that our service is appreciated - and thanks to that man who went out of his way to make our days. :-) :-) :-)

One of the things we do at work is have a very short survey that we ask everyone who has interacted with us to complete. We do a good enough job that negative comments are very rare but it’s a fine source of positive quotes for PR or simply generating good feelings. That the survey is short is very important, a longer one generated far fewer responses.

I think Zopa is a fantastic idea, I’m currently a borrower but when I’m in a position to lend I’ll definitely be doing so. My experience as a borrower has been wholly excellent.

We too are borrowers and have always borrowed from our local bank who shall not be named, Zopa is a refreshing change and knowing we can pay back without penalty is a great enticement for us. Thank you Zopa for your friendly help!!
